If the UK Border Agency has concerns about the child’s relationship with the responsible adult accompanying them, they will involve social services. More information on the service we can provide in this instance can be found in our Family Law section.
Unaccompanied Minors may be entitled to Legal Aid. Please contact one of our Immigration Solicitors to see if you qualify for Legal Aid. Our Immigration Lawyers also assist unaccompanied minors in preparing for their appeal if their initial application has been refused by the UK Border Agency. Legal Aid is also available for appeals.
