What is a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA)?
If we cannot represent you on your case under legal aid, we can discuss entering into a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA).
Under a CFA, we would agree to represent you for a specific fee. You do not have to pay anything if your case is unsuccessful. You only pay for our work on the condition that your case is won and you receive compensation. We can give you more advice about this.
