I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Contentious Probate and Employment departments at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I work under the direct supervision of Caroline Roche, Director of the Wills and Probate department.
Since joining Duncan Lewis in June 2018, in addition to the work I undertake for the wills and probate, and employment departments, I have also assisted on a variety of civil and commercial law matters, including banking disputes, breach of contract, breach of intellectual property rights, director/partnership disputes, international litigation and professional negligence matters.
My ethos is to deliver a professional service for a client as well as being extremely results driven.
I am fluent in Kurdish (Sorani).
Wills and Probate
I work under the direct supervision of Caroline Roche, Director of the Wills and Probate department. I assist on various matters and handle my own cases which primarily consist of contentious probate matters and non-contentious probate matters, lasting power of attorney, and declarations of trusts.
