I am a Director in the Housing department at Duncan Lewis. I supervise a team of housing solicitors, caseworkers and trainees in the firm's Birmingham office. I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and I have been a housing law practitioner for 30 years therefore my knowledge and expertise in this area of law is second to none.
I have extensive knowledge in a broad range of housing law related issues, this includes; homeless appeals; defending possession proceedings; anti-social behaviour injunctions and judicial review claimant matters. I represent a variety of both publicly funded (legal aid) and privately funded clients, at all levels of proceedings up to and including the Supreme Court.
Prior to working with Duncan Lewis I was a partner in Tyndallwoods Solicitors where I co-convened the housing team.
