Amanda Willmore

I am a Director in our Milton Keynes office of Duncan Lewis Family Law team. I have been a specialist in this area of law since 2011 and have been have been qualified since 2014.

I undertake a large amount of work, which is privately funded; this includes all disputes such as divorce and high net worth cases. I will always provide my client with realistic advice, to ensure that they are not disappointed at the outcome, throughout their matter. I feel it is extremely important for my client to be given realistic expectations of the likely outcome of their case from the start, particularly in high net worth divorce cases where capital exceeds needs.

I undertake all of my own advocacy where I am able, which enables me to provide clients with a realistic understanding of the court process and what to expect. I am client focused and feel it is important for the client to have consistency throughout their matter whether in or out of court. I have the ability to negotiate and mediate contentious issues and if this is not possible then to litigate matters through the court if necessary.
