I assist with and have experience in handling domestic abuse cases. Particularly, I have a successful track record of securing:

•Emergency/On-notice Injunctions in respect of Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders to ensure the protection of the victim and his/her children.

•Forced Marriage Protection Orders

•Female Genital Mutilation Protection Orders

I conduct my own advocacy and have represent clients before Recorders, Deputy District Judges, District Judges and HHJs.

I am also able to assist clients with securing Legal Aid funding in respect of their applications to the Court.

I have provided and still provide training sessions to domestic abuse agencies on ways to support victims of domestic abuse.
