Federica Diana

I am a solicitor in the Family Law department at the City of London office of Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I joined the company in January 2023, and work under the supervision of Director Adeeba Naseem.

I work across a diverse range of child care matters, including care proceedings, PLO, Child Protection Conferences and private children matters such as applications for contact or residence, with and without an international element. I have assisted on a variety of complex cases involving child abduction, wardship and serious allegations of abuse.

I often deal with vulnerable clients and with matters involving domestic abuse, providing support and assistance in difficult times, and regularly dealing with protective injunctions (Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders).

I work on both privately funded and legally aided matters.

I am fluent in Italian and can provide legal assistance in that language as well.
