Natasha has completed a Level 2 training qualification in understanding autism to enhance her expertise in this area. The course was challenging but rewarding, and she believes this has strongly improved her understanding of those who have autism or are neurodivergent and how this can impact on their day to day lives, in so many different ways.
Natasha represents and works directly with clients in matters involving neurodivergence, learning difficulties and learning disabilities. This includes where her clients are neurodivergent, whether that is diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Natasha is able to cater her approach to clients to ensure that they are provided with advice in a way they understand, to ensure they have the best chance at securing their desired outcome. Natasha knows how each client’s needs can differ, and that not all client’s need the same approach. Natasha therefore takes the time to understand her client’s individual needs and tailor the way she communicates with her clients, to suit them. Natasha particularly understands how important this is where clients are also vulnerable, due to being victims of domestic abuse or have history of suffering trauma.
Natasha is able to assist clients where their children are neurodivergent, or have other needs which need to be considered within family proceedings. Natasha knows how important it is for clients to feel that their needs, and their child’s are being met and help them to communicate their needs to other professionals and the Courts.
