About the Hosts

 

Shazia Rana is a director in the family and child care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, having joined the firm in June 2022. She supervise a team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers alongside director Krina Parmar based at our office in Milton Keynes. Shazia regularly represents parents, children and family members in private children law cases including prohibited steps order, specific issue orders as well as special guardianship orders.

 

Jasbir Raindi is a child care and family solicitor and director within Duncan Lewis' Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Birmingham teams. He has extensive experience in managing large teams of trainees, caseworkers and solicitors and assisting clients in the full range of family and child care matters. Jasbir manages his own advocacy where possible, representing clients at all levels of court up to the High Court including contested hearings, fact finding hearings, final hearings and appeal hearings.
