The No Walls Podcast, led by Public Law Director Toufique Hossain, returns featuring special guest, human rights defender Helen Duffy.

 

This episode casts a spotlight onto significant challenges and obstacles faced by everyone working within international human rights litigation.

 

Helen is a Professor of International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the University of Leiden and runs her own international law practice Human Rights in Practice (HRiP) specialising in strategic litigation – with cases from Guantanamo Bay to Palestinian land rights.
