We are pleased to announce that the Lex 100 has released their annual survey results and Duncan Lewis have come on top for client contact.
Lex 100 surveys a wide range of firms, from large firms with a substantial work-force, to smaller firms made up of a select team of individuals. Trainees are asked to rate their firms according to different categories, which are then ranked for the benefit of prospective trainees looking for the best place to apply for a training contract.
We are pleased to find that our trainees have voted us best for our client contact for the second year in a row. As a firm with a wide variety of specialisms across over 14 key offices in England and Wales, we are allowed to register 100 training contracts with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority contracts at any given time.
As part of our recruitment policy, we are dedicated to recruiting the most talented employees regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, background, or any other protected characteristics. We values our commitment to equal opportunities, and we celebrate the diversity of our staff and are devoted to having a workforce that reflects and can best serve our communities at all levels.
We wish to thank every trainee who took part in the survey. It is such a valuable tool for not only trainees looking for the right opportunity for them, but the firm, so we can continue to progress and improve the service we provide and the development processes we have in place.
Amongst other categories, we also ranked highly for the quality of work we deliver, as well the approachability of our workforce. It is important to us that we encourage learning across all departments, making sure we give all trainees the chance to flourish in their chosen field and providing the opportunities to specialise in multiple areas of law. We hope to continue providing award winning contracts, whilst progressing in every category listed by Lex 100 and other legal awards.
All of Lex 100’s annual trainee survey results can be found on their website.
