Caroline will be based in the company’s Harrow office and will be spearheading the Wills and Probate department UK-wide, as Duncan Lewis seeks to expand its services in this area. She will also contribute to the firm’s Clinical Negligence and Road Traffic Law services.

Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, Caroline specialises in all aspects of Wills and Probate, such as drafting Wills to take account of a variety of complex situations, inheritance tax issues, intestate succession issues and Powers of Attorney matters relating to both health and welfare and finance and property. Caroline’s expertise is not limited to Wills and Probate, however, and she is also a specialist in motoring law and clinical negligence matters. She has extensive experience in both non-litigated and litigated clinical negligence claims, and represented a variety of clients accused of motoring law offences.
