The oral hearing regarding the case of Isa Muazu has been adjourned from the 9th to the 12th December 2013.
Isa Muazu was granted a stay of removal so that his case could undergo an oral hearing by the Upper Tribunal on the 9th December 2013.
This was granted as the history and background of the case are considered “expedient” for an oral hearing.
The date of the hearing has now been adjourned to Thursday 12th December 2013.
The Home Secretary has been restrained from removing Mr Muaza until the outcome of the hearing.
