Our Team: You are what makes us special. Our workforce is 81% female, 51% from ethnic minority backgrounds, and 60% under 35. Our leadership reflects this diversity, with 74% of directors being women and 59% from ethnic minorities.
Career Progression: 60% of our directors were promoted internally – proof that we truly invest in growing our own talent.
Support for Everyone: We currently support over 130 colleagues with reasonable adjustments and have enabled flexible working for more than 80 team members. Our 21 progressive HR policies reflect what you've told us matters most.
Training & Development: Last year alone, we delivered over 33,730 hours of training, supporting over 110 trainee solicitors. We won first place for Inclusivity in The Legal 500 Future Lawyers Guide 2024/25.
Groundbreaking Work: Our Family & Child Care team established the UK's first neurodiversity legal team, winning multiple awards and setting new standards for inclusive legal services.
Giving Back: Through our pro bono work, we run more than 10 legal surgeries and our Charity Committee supports over 70 charities each year. Through Kickstart, we've given 102 people from underprivileged backgrounds their start in law, with 38 now permanent members of our team.
Client Impact: Collectively, we speak more than 60 languages, ensuring our clients can communicate in their first language and feel truly understood.
