The Legal 500 Future Lawyers guide celebrates the top UK law firms for their training and development of future solicitors, based entirely on feedback from current trainees. Each year, thousands of trainees evaluate their firm across a range of categories, including work quality, inclusiveness, and job satisfaction.

Over the past 12 months, 22 trainee solicitors have qualified through the firm’s training and SQE pathways, and 161 professional accreditations have been achieved or renewed. Duncan Lewis continues to hold the Investors in People Gold Standard Accreditation (since 2009), recognised for our “terrific programme of growing your own solicitors with many routes of entry supported.”

Our Learning and Development team continues to deliver outstanding opportunities for professional growth, with over 29,000 CPD training hours completed in the past year alone.
