Duncan Lewis Wins Law Firm of the Year at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2026 (29 April 2026)

Duncan Lewis Solicitors is delighted to announce that we have been named Law Firm of the Year at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards 2026. The award was presented at last night’s ceremony held at the London Marriott Hotel.

This award highlights the strides being made across the legal sector to promote diversity and inclusion. Firms are recognised for delivering impactful and forward-thinking D&I strategies, with judges considering internal practices, client-focused initiatives, partnerships, and wider community engagement. Being recognised reflects Duncan Lewis’ enduring commitment to championing equality, representation, and access to justice throughout every aspect of our work.

Our dedication to equal access to justice goes beyond the services we provide to clients. We actively work to open up opportunities within the legal profession, promote social mobility, and cultivate an environment where people from all backgrounds are supported to succeed and progress. We also continue to invest in inclusive leadership and innovative approaches to legal service delivery. This includes specialist provision for neurodivergent and disabled clients. Notably, our Family department launched the UK’s first dedicated neurodiversity legal team, which has since received national recognition at both The Family Law Awards 2024 and the Resolution Awards 2024. Across the firm, our team collectively speaks over 60 languages, enabling us to communicate effectively with clients in their first language and build trust within the diverse communities we serve.
