Director Krina Parmar has over seven years of experience in Family Law, specialising in Family Law and Care Proceedings, representing parents, family in a variety cases including Special Guardianship Orders, Child Abduction matters, Adoption and Care Proceedings relating to serious non-accidental injuries. She also has niche expertise in emergency injunctions. As a result of her extensive knowledge and successful case history in 2013 she was appointed to the Law Society’s Children’s Panel.

Joining Duncan Lewis in 2011, Director Bahar Ata is an accredited Supervisor and Senior Immigration Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. With over six years of experience specialising in Immigration and Asylum and nine years’ experience representing vulnerable individuals she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Bahar represents Victims of Trafficking, and holds extensive experience dealing with a broad range of judicial review claimant matters such as unlawful immigration detention claims and challenging removal decisions under Dublin Regulations.

The office will be led by Director Vinita Templeton.
