We are delighted to announce that Duncan Lewis Solicitors has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards at this year’s Manchester Legal Awards. The firm has been shortlisted for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Champions of the Year, and Family Caseworker Isabella Lloyd has been shortlisted for Paralegal of the Year.
The Manchester Legal Awards are judged by a distinguished panel from across the legal, academic, and business communities, recognising those who go above and beyond to make a difference. Judging takes place on 6th June, with the winners to be announced at the awards ceremony on 3rd July 2025, held at the iconic Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
We are thrilled to be recognised for our efforts in equity, diversity and inclusion—a core part of our ethos at Duncan Lewis. As a long-time signatory of the Law Society’s Equality and Diversity Charter, we remain committed to building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve. With a team capable of delivering legal services in over 60 different languages across 12 office locations, we are uniquely positioned to support the most vulnerable individuals in society—often in their own language and cultural context.
We are especially proud of Isabella Lloyd, shortlisted for Paralegal of the Year in recognition of her exceptional dedication to client care and legal excellence. Based in our Manchester office, Isabella is a key member of our Family & Child Care team, handling a wide range of matters including care proceedings, domestic abuse, adoption, divorce and financial matters, and private children law. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, many of whom are vulnerable and face complex legal challenges.
We would like to congratulate all of this year’s nominees and look forward to the awards ceremony in July.
