Congratulations to Our Award-Winning Family Law Team!

We are thrilled to announce that our Family Law team has been named Family Law Firm of the Year – London at the prestigious LexisNexis Legal Awards, while Family Law Advice for the Neurodivergent Community (FLANC) has been honoured with the Family Law Innovation of the Year award.

The awards ceremony, held last night at the iconic Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, showcased the very best of the legal profession. In selecting our team as winners of the Family Law Firm of the Year Award - London, the judges considered outstanding testimonials from barristers who have worked closely with us. One referee praised the team’s dedication, noting that “the team’s clients are fully supported and receive an excellent level of care and attention,” while another highlighted that the team is “a pleasure to work with, highly professional and conscientious in every respect.”

The judges commended the department’s deep commitment to pro bono work, spotlighting their tireless efforts to ensure that underprivileged individuals have access to exceptional legal services. This unwavering dedication to justice reflects the very essence of our values as a firm.

We are equally proud of FLANC, co-founded earlier this year by Alia Lewis, which continues to break new ground. This is FLANC's second major accolade, following their Innovation Award at the 2024 Resolution Awards in September. FLANC’s pioneering cross-firm initiative—spearheaded by expert family lawyers including Jenny Beck KC (Hon) from Beck Fitzgerald, Caroline Croft from Coram Chambers, and Sheena Vadher and Fauzia Mumani from Duncan Lewis—has been instrumental in breaking down barriers that hinder the neurodivergent community’s access to family justice.

Through their transformative work, FLANC is creating a more inclusive and equitable legal landscape, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their neurodivergence, has a voice in family proceedings. Their achievements are a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation in driving systemic change.
