This is in relation to clients supported following the revelations in a BBC Panorama investigation into the mistreatment and abuse of people detained at Brook House Immigration Removal Centre (IRC) and our joint efforts to secure an effective investigation to expose the full extent of abuse at Brook House, to ensure accountability and challenge the institutional culture of impunity that surrounds the use and misuse of immigration detention powers and which is so destructive of the rule of law.
