We are delighted to announce that Harsha Kansagra has recently been appointed as our new HR Manager.

Harsha, fully CIPD qualified and a current member of the CIPD (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) has more than 16 years’ experience in HR across a wide range of industries (including logistics, education, pharmaceutical, food, and manufacturing), 8 of which she has spent with the firm.

Based in the company’s City head office in Fenchurch Street, Harsha’s recent appointment sees her head a dynamic HR team that is currently supporting the company’s 500 personnel across 12 keys offices across England and Wales through the full spectrum of recruitment, on-boarding, continuous learning and development support and the facilitation of the company’s pastoral, flexible-working, equality and diversity and well-being needs.

She said: “I’m thrilled to step into my new role. I’ve enjoyed my time with Duncan Lewis so far as the company has provided me with so many opportunities. I’m grateful to be able to work with so many talented people and look forward to this new phase of my career with genuine excitement.”
