The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is asking for people who have received care for depression, anxiety or stress to report their experiences to the CQC in a public awareness campaign running this summer.
The CQC is looking for men and women who are happy to be case studies in the campaign – and they will be asked to participate in one of a number of activities as case studies, including speaking to a member of CQC staff about any experiences of mental health care, or taking part in a video to talk about experiences of care, whether positive of negative.
Willing participants in the campaign may also be required to speak to the media about their experiences of mental health care involving depression, anxiety or stress.
Anyone who wishes to participate in the campaign can send an email to yourstories@cqc.org.uk, leaving a short description of any experiences – the CQC will then contact volunteers to discuss the next stage.
