The Davison family has instructed Duncan Lewis Solicitors to support and represent them through the six-week inquest into the Keyham shooting tragedy in Plymouth, which began today. Jake Davison, who had a shotgun licence, shot and killed his mother and four others in August 2021, before ultimately using the weapon to kill himself. The six-week-long jury-led inquest will probe a number of key points, including whether opportunities were missed to stop the tragedy from happening. The Davison family has asked that any media enquiries be directed to Duncan Lewis in the first instance. The inquests into the deaths of the five victims: Maxine Davison, Lee and Sophie Martyn, Stephen Washington and Kate Shepherd started today, January 17. Jake Davison’s inquest commences separately on February 20. The Government has since tightened up the regulations on shotgun licensing. Our specialist inquest team provides:
