Duncan Lewis Solicitors are pleased to welcome Director Rebecca Thomas as the newest addition to the firm’s Harrow based Clinical Negligence department.
Joining the firm in May 2016 as a Director in the Clinical Negligence department Rebecca has over 20 years experience in her field and represents clients in a wide range of cases including claims involving cosmetic and dental negligence, surgical and orthopaedic injuries arising from delay, misdiagnosis or negligent spinal surgery, gastrointestinal and ophthalmic surgery.
Rebecca also has extensive experience as a Licensing specialist. She has represented a variety of clients including restaurateurs, club owners, publicans and festival organisers. Rebecca applied for and obtained one of the first 24 hour licences for premises inside the O2 Arena as well as a new Premises Licence for a festival on the Isle of Wight.
Prior to joining Duncan Lewis Rebecca was Head of Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Licensing at a leading legal 500 firm in the West End.
