Based in the firm’s Bradford & Leeds offices Meena has a wealth of experience in operating a practice covering all aspects of Family law, with a specialism in divorce and financial matters.
Meena has a formidable track record in handling complex children cases with international elements and often matters involving children with special needs. In addition, Meena has particular expertise in negotiating medium to high net financial settlements for clients in the course of separation, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships. Meena has developed a highly successful practice in representing high-profile individuals in this area through her tenacious and proactive approach as well as her meticulous attention to detail; thus avoiding lengthy and costly delays to her clients.
Meena is an active member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Panel, highlighting her exceptional skills in handling Family law matters under the esteemed judgement of the Law Society. Meena is also Resolution accredited and has trained as a collaborative lawyer. In 2015 she joined the Law Society Law management section where she shares her management knowledge and skills amongst other members in the profession.
Meena is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and can converse in French and Creole.
