Childrens law specialist Tariq Ahmad has become the most recent member of Legal 500 leading law firm Duncan Lewis to be appointed Law Society Childrens Panel accreditation. The Law Society Childcare Accreditation covers all types of childcare work. Members will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of childcare law. Including Tariq Ahmad, Duncan Lewis now has 40 members of staff accredited under the Law Society Childrens Panel which demonstrates the company’s expertise in this area.
Tariq predominately practices from Duncan Lewis’ Cambridge branch and he routinely represents clients throughout Greater London and East Anglia. Tariq specialises in all aspects of childrens law matters and regularly represents children, families and individuals in cases involving complex family and childcare issues. Tariq’s cases often involve international issues and intervention from the Crown Prosecution Service following criminal activity on behalf of one or more of the parties. Tariq also makes representations to the High Court in cases where children were illegally removed from England.
