Profile / Experience
Sridhar Ponnada, (BSc, MCP, MCSE), is responsible for the entire UK and India network of Duncan Lewis. He has a team of eight support staff in the UK and six in India comprising network engineers, software developers, web-designers and hardware support engineers.
Sridhar Ponnada has extensive experience in Information Technology and management of the IT department has been his sole responsibility since his joining the Company in 2002. He has been responsible for the smooth assimilation of branch offices as Duncan Lewis has expanded including incorporation and establishment of the Indian network.
Sridhar Ponnada has dealt with the entire project of outsourcing, from planning to implementation and maintenance. This was then expanded from 45 staff that Duncan Lewis took on initially in India to 148 staff that we currently have. Though Duncan Lewis started Outsourcing only Legal Transcription initially, it quickly expanded with many more back office processes being dealt from India and Sridhar was an integral part of this expansion.
He is constantly renewing and enlarging firm’s involvement in modern technology and his knowledge of management principles gives him additional insight into the best processes to be adopted at Duncan Lewis which balance modernity with financial return on investment.
He has designed and implemented the processes which allow the offices of Duncan Lewis and all its fee earning members to be linked not only with each other but with the backroom support staff in India and he is moving Duncan Lewis towards the ideal virtual office methodology which will allow members to work from whatever location they choose.
He is seen as an essential and dynamic element of Duncan Lewis for the future.
