I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Immigration department. I am an accredited Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
I represent clients on a range of matters, including initial asylum claims, fresh claims and appeals; human trafficking claims; family reunion; settlement as a victim of domestic violence; and applications based on private and family life.
I also work on public law matters, bringing claims for judicial review, such as to urgently challenge removal directions and certification of claims.
I have significant experience of working with vulnerable clients, including minors, victims of torture, trafficking and domestic violence.
I take on both legal aid work and privately funded cases.
I am fluent in Farsi/Dari and Dutch, and I am able to assist clients in these languages.
