Profile / Experience
Since joining Duncan Lewis after completing an internship in the summer of 2025, I have assisted on a variety of immigration matters, aiding vulnerable clients in navigating their ever-changing immigration cases.
I am currently working towards passing the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme exams. I am proud to announce that I work under the direct supervision of Immigration Director Vilash Gami and Solicitor Ben Cartwright.
As a Caseworker, I will aid in a wide range of immigration and human rights matters. I look forward to supporting the preparation and progression of cases involving asylum, appeals, judicial review and civil claims.
My role involves taking client instructions, drafting applications and representations, conducting legal research, liaising with counsel and external bodies, and ensuring cases are managed efficiently and to a high standard in pursuit of the best possible outcomes for clients.
