Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the housing team, working under the supervision of my Director, Manjinder Kaur Atwal and Supervising Solicitor Richard Mahal.
My work focuses primarily on publicly-funded housing law, including homelessness and possession, disrepair and housing conditions, statutory housing and tenancy rights, and equalities and discrimination issues. Prior to working at Duncan Lewis I worked in the homelessness sector in policy and research for a national homelessness charity, where I undertook research and campaigned to change housing and social security policy. I also have experience working in the advice sector providing information, guidance and support on a range of issues.

Interests
In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking and am a keen amateur runner. I also have an interest in politics and am an elected councillor in a London Borough.
