Our Police Station department is made up of a high number of experienced criminal duty solicitors/ accredited representatives who are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year both on the telephone to provide initial advice to clients in custody and thereafter to attend the police station. We also ensure that all follow up is undertaken in those situations where a client is bailed to return to the police station at a later date to ascertain an outcome / decision which includes attending subsequent police station attendances.
Our Magistrates Court department ensures that clients receive specialist high quality representation for all types of cases from our solicitors. They are assisted by experienced caseworkers / paralegals who ensure that cases are prepared meticulously to try to secure the best chances of an acquittal at the magistrates court very early on.
The serious /complex cases can only be tried in the Crown Court. Each of our solicitors and caseworkers have the requisite experience to undertake this type of case. Court representation is provided by either by one our experienced in house advocates or by an experienced barrister. Our solicitors are responsible for the supervision and preparation of crown court cases with the careful assistance of paralegals / caseworkers.
