I am a Solicitor within the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors.
I predominantly assist those seeking asylum, those seeking to submit further representations and those who have appeals before the First-tier and Upper Tribunal. I have a particular passion for representing unaccompanied minors and those with particular vulnerabilities, including those with mental health problems and victims of torture. I have significant experience assisting victims of human trafficking and modern slavery. I also have experience in representing victims of domestic abuse.
As well as the above, I act on various judicial review matters, including legal challenges against the Secretary of State of the Home Department, age dispute matters and CART judicial reviews.
Before working as a Solicitor, I worked as an 'outdoor clerk'. During this time, I gained extensive experience in representing clients who are detained in both immigration removal centres and prisons.
