Tia-Lily Murphy

I assist with cases in relation to Immigration and Public Law, under the supervision of Solicitor Rajni Chodha. I have successfully completed Part 1 of the Solicitor's Qualification Exams and intend to qualify imminently.

I have previous experience in the charity sector, where I assisted as an OSIC Level 1 caseworker on various matters, including the EU Resettlement Scheme, Homes for Ukraine Scheme, Afghan Relocation Scheme, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), Domestic Violence and British Citizenship.

I am currently undertaking work on initial asylum claims, fresh asylum claims, victims of trafficking and unlawful detention matters.
