Profile / Experience
I am a caseworker in the Immigration department based in the City of London Office. I work under the supervision of Director Nazia Khan, assisting with case progression in a range of matters including asylum, human rights claims and public law matters.
I have previous experience working in a City firm, dealing predominantly with family and private life application, entry clearance, ILR, citizenship, appeal and Judicial Review matters. I am currently working towards gaining accreditation under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
I am a native speaker of Romanian and am able to assist clients requiring support in this language.
