Tasnima Rahman

I am a Solicitor in the Private/Business Immigration Department, specialising in a wide range of immigration matters. I provide expert legal advice and representation in business immigration, all in-country and entry clearance visa applications, administrative reviews, judicial reviews, removals, deportation, asylum and human rights appeals, and immigration bail applications.

I manage complex cases from initial instruction to resolution, offering strategic and comprehensive guidance to both individual and corporate clients. My responsibilities include preparing detailed legal representations, lodging applications and appeals, liaising with the Home Office and Tribunals, and ensuring compliance with constantly evolving immigration legislation and policy.

With significant experience in supporting vulnerable clients, including those in detention, individuals with complex psychological issues, and victims of torture and trafficking, I provide compassionate and effective legal assistance.

I work under the supervision of Director Tamana Aziz, and I am also fluent in Bengali.
