I am a Solicitor in the Public Law team at Duncan Lewis. I joined the firm in autumn 2018 and I work with a team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers under the supervision of Director, Toufique Hossain.
Having previously spent three years working in the immigration and asylum field, I have extensive experience of handling a wide range of immigration, asylum and human rights matters. I have experience in representing both detained and non-detained individuals in matters that include; asylum; human rights; deportation and bail. I represent both publicly and privately funded clients and have acted for them at the First-tier and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration Asylum Chamber, at the High Court and at the Court of Appeal. I have experience in challenging the decisions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
