Profile / Experience

I am a Caseworker in the Crime Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I am based in the firm's Harrow office and I work under the supervision of Director Rubin Italia. I assist solicitors with day-to-day case progression on a variety of publicly and privately funded criminal law matters.

I hold a methodical approach when it comes to criminal defence, I am open minded and never hesitate to ask questions on why a decision was made, rather than simply taking the instruction without understanding the motivation. I draw great attention to the details of a case and I believe this is a part of providing an excellent quality service to my clients.

I come with experience in the Crown Court Department as a litigator; my practice involves handling files within the crime department and managing the conduct of the cases in serious crime matters with offences ranging from serious assaults, thefts, firearms offences, drug offences, sexual offences, extradition matters to assisting on complex fraud cases. I have been a legal representative for clients remanded in custody and those on bail.

I have spent a lot of my time in the court room working closely with counsel as a case worker and have good understanding of the court process. From a client’s first hearing and in the event there is a trial, I am able to fully take instructions from my clients and advise them of the process step by step. I take pride in my excellent service to clients and I am available for advice at any time of the day.
