I am a Solicitor in the Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis. I have extensive experience in all aspects of Immigration, Nationality, Asylum and Human Rights law.
My work involves representing applications for the following:
- Entry clearance
- Family life applications
- Asylum claims and family reunification
- European Economic Area (EEA) applications
- Points based immigration applications
I also frequently deal with family migration matters including applications under Appendix FM of the immigration rules, Tier 4 and EEA applications.
I have broad experience in working with a wide range of vulnerable clients including victims of torture, victims of domestic violence and trafficking. I have previously successfully challenged decisions made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department. I am experienced in and have specific interest in Judicial Review matters and I frequently represent clients in their appeals at the First Tier and Upper Tier Tribunal of the Immigration Asylum Chamber.
