I am a Supervising Senior Caseworker and Solicitor in the Public Law and Immigration department at Duncan Lewis.
Since joining Duncan Lewis in Janaury 2016 I have experience dealing with vulnerable clients including those in detention, those suffering from complex psychological issues and victims of torture and trafficking. As a solicitor with an extensive and varied caseload I am able to handle several matters yet ensure my undivided attention and consideration to client care is provided to all my clients.
Further, I have a primary interest in judicial review and County Court matters and have successfully conducted my own Judicial Review/County Court matters, Moreover, I have a particular interest in dealing with civil claims (namely County Court matters in relation to claiming damages) and the preparation of Part 36 offers. I have a successful track record of securing large settlements for clients.
I also deal with a variety of cases including international protection, human rights, family reunion, domestic violence, detention and bail, deportation, appeals to the First-tier tribunal, Upper tribunal and the High Court.
