Rhiannon Croker

I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Public Law Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I assist on a variety of judicial review matters, including challenging decisions made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department. I also assist with asylum, trafficking and other immigration matters. I currently work under the direct supervision of Public Law director and solicitor, Toufique Hossain, and supervising solicitor, Shalini Patel.

I have previously undertaken work with victims of human trafficking and modern slavery, helping them to access their ECAT entitlements whilst in the NRM.
