I joined Duncan Lewis Solicitors as a Director in 2022 in the area of clinical negligence. I have more than 11 years' solid experience and extensive practice as a clinical negligence and abuse solicitor.

I have worked on behalf of individuals and also as the Head of Legal Services for a multi-site acute NHS Hospital Trust. Since I was the lead for all legal matters, I developed a robust practical knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, together with a strong understanding of the investigative process after seeing hospital errors and failings first hand.

My cases have involved misdiagnosis, misprescription of drugs, failure to treat in a timely manner, failure to correctly consent, surgical errors and fatalities. The injuries to the patients have included adult and child brain injury (cerebral palsy), birth injuries to mother and child, obstetrics, sepsis, meningitis, gastrointestinal and hepatic injury, amputation, oncology, cauda equina, adverse drug reaction, cardiac injury and pharmaceutical and ophthalmology cases.

I also previously spearheaded the creation and implementation of an abuse department and and used Sky TV as a platform to call for a public inquiry into the practices at Addenbrookes Hospital after Doctor Myles Bradbury (a paedophile) was convicted of abusing patients. I have hosted numerous press conferences and interviews on ITV, BBC, Channel 5 and Channel 4 for many of her clients to expose medical failings, provide public awareness and support the prevention of these errors reoccurring.

I regularly attend court to support, represent and advocate for my clients at inquest, many of which have also resulted in nationwide media exposure of the hospital errors and culminated in successful claims.

Although I am based in the City of London Office, I often travel to meet my clients at home in both England and Wales, at the beginning and throughout the progression of the case as for me the focus and the priority is always the client.

• Launched a campaign and then represented numerous ex-players against Chelsea Football Club because of long term psychological injury as a result of racism (2018)
• Raised awareness for meningitis after appearance on the Victoria Derbyshire Show (2017)
• Achieved national coverage for each personally represented inquest to expose clinical failings
• Sought and urged a public inquiry on Sky Television into the practices at Addenbrookes Hospital after Doctor Myles Bradbury's conviction in 2015 for paedophilia
• Interviewed by the BBC after drafting an independent critique of the Government consultation document, 'Rebalancing Medicines Legislation and Pharmacy Regulation' on television and radio, both live, with Mr Ashok Soni (then President of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society)
• Initiated and led a national campaign to make CCTV systems mandatory in care homes following allegations of abuse
