I am a Caseworker, currently based at the City of London Office, working under the direct supervision of Director Nazia Khan & Solicitor Raman Kumar. My role involves supporting clients with both private and legal aid-funded matters across public and immigration law.
I have experience in dealing with a range of immigration related matters, including asylum applications, fresh claims and human rights-based claims such as Further Leave to Remain based on private and family life.
I am currently assisting in a number of public law matters for Afghan nationals, especially relating to ARAP (Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy) and ARAP – AFM (additional family member) applications. I am further involved in a challenge against the Secretary of State for the Home Department in National Security matters.
