Pegah Tamkinfard

I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Public Law and Immigration departments at Duncan Lewis Solictors.

I am based in the company's head office located in Harrow. I work on a wide range of matters including asylum, immigration, and human rights matters. I provide assistance to vulnerable clients seeking international protection and those held in immigration detention. I also handle cases involving challenges to unlawful policies and practices of public bodies such as the Home Office. I have a particular interest in public international law work.

I am also an accredited Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.

I am fluent in Farsi in all its aspects which means I am happy to take instructions and assist clients who wish to instruct a Farsi speaking lawyer due to their language barrier.
