I am a Family and Childcare Caseworker based in the Birmingham Office at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, alongside my colleagues I work directly under the supervision of Solicitor Harriet Phillips, I also report further to Family and Chilcare Director, Sophie Burchett.
In my previous role, I worked at a pro-bono law firm specialising in advice and representation where legal aid is not available - My work there generally revolved around working with vulnerable people across various different areas of law, I have also gained some advocacy experience and have made representations at the First Tier Tribunal for Social Security.
At Duncan Lewis, I assist Harriet Phillips in a range of Private Child Care Matters, Domestic Abuse Proceedings including applications for non-molestation orders and Care proceedings.
