Nazir Mirza

I was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2015 and I joined Duncan Lewis as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in November 2021.

My expertise includes dealing with cases involving serious brain injuries, fatalities and complex orthopaedic injuries and I have extensive experience in acting for clients who have sustained injuries as a result of accidents at work, been involved in road traffic accidents or have suffered injuries following a slip or trip.

I also provide legal representation in relation to clinical negligence cases, including claims involving a delay in diagnosing, surgical injuries and orthopaedic injuries resulting from delay, misdiagnosis and negligence.

I am passionate about fighting claims on behalf of clients who have suffered life-changing injuries through no fault of their own and getting them the rehabilitation and compensation that they deserve.
