I am a Solicitor and Director in the Civil Litigation department at Duncan Lewis.

I specialise in Civil Litigation and financial disputes where I have represented and defended some of the major banks. I have handled and resolved complex and high-value civil disputes for Clients including bringing recovery actions against debtors and bringing claims for breach of contract, product mis-selling through misrepresentation and unfair relationships.

I also specialise in Landlord & Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) I have represented Landlords in circumstances where tenants have breached the terms of the tenancy. Applying for evictions proceedings on behalf of the Landlords. Representing Tenants in cases of unlawful eviction. Bringing claims for relief of forfeiture on behalf of Tenants. Defending Landlords where unlawful forfeiture is alleged by Tenants.

I have also handled complex and high value litigated multi track matters for personal injury and medical negligence cases.
