Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Immigration and Public Law departments at Duncan Lewis. I joined Duncan Lewis in 2017 and am based in the firm's Luton office. I work with a team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers under the supervision of Director, Bahar Ata.
My role involves assisting the solicitors in my team with the day-to-day case progression and client or third-party correspondence in a wide range of immigration, asylum and human rights matters.
Since starting at the firm, I have assisted in a wide variety of complex and high-profile cases that cover a range of public law matters. I have assisted in various judicial review matters including challenging the decisions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department to unlawfully detain and remove Claimants.
