I am a Solicitor in the Public Law and Actions Against Public Authorities departments at Duncan Lewis, having joined the firm's City of London office in 2026.
I have significant experience representing unaccompanied minors, care leavers, people with disabilities, survivors of human trafficking/modern slavery, state torture and extreme human cruelty.
Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I worked on high-value group litigation and complex civil claims against public authorities. This included claims arising from:
- Data protection breaches
- Assault and Battery
- False imprisonment
- Disability discrimination
- Human rights violations, including the unlawful deprivation of asylum seekers’ possessions
My caseload includes predominantly legal aid matters such as:
- Appeals to SIAC
- False imprisonment
- Unlawful detention
I am deeply committed to the protection of fundamental rights and ensuring access to high-quality legal representation, particularly where state action results in widespread or systemic harm.
