I am currently a Consultant Solicitor in the Immigration Department, based in the firm's Dalston office.
I am an experienced advocate before the Immigration Asylum Chamber (IAC), and I specialise in further appeals to the Upper Tribunal of the IAC as well as paper applications to the High Court and Court of Appeal.
I am accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Scheme which means I have the required level of knowledge and expertise in this area of law, as defined by the Law Society. It also enables me to advise and assist both private paying and publicly funded clients.
