Profile / Experience
I am a Caseworker in the Family and Childcare department at Duncan Lewis. I joined in October 2018 and am based in the firm's Shepherd's Bush office working under the supervision of Director Sophie Fretten.
I work with a team of solicitors, trainee solicitors and caseworkers, my role primarily involves assisting the solicitors with the day-to-day case progression and client or third party correspondence. I have experience in completing non-molestation and occupation orders thanks to my time spent working with the National Centre for Domestic Violence. As a result, I am experienced in managing a sensitive caseload and effectively dealing with vulnerable clients. In addition, I have worked with several educational based charities to promote the education of children in less economically developed countries. Therefore, I am comfortable dealing with clients of whom English is not their first language.
Prior to working at Duncan Lewis, I was selected to spend time in the family, criminal and social housing department of a City based law firm.
